Shiva Music was established in the year 1983 by Late Mr. Triloki Nath Suneja, the Visionary and founder of Shiva Music. Shiva Music was know by the name of Shiva Cassettes or TNS Shiva earlier. Shiva Music was well into the production of Nagpuri, Khortha and Kurukh Songs and Videos. After the death of Late Mr. Triloki Nath Suneja in the year 2002, who was also the head of the Jharkhand Film and Album Producer Association, Shiva Music was taken over by Mr. Deepak Nath Sahay, who was the partner of the organization Shiva Music from the initial stages. But that was the era of Cassettes and CDs.

After the Digitization of Videos and Music Content, the company was taken over by Mr. Yash Raj Suneja, the son of the founder of the company in the year 2014, and is still run by him. Shiva Music is into digital content assembling and distribution, besides audio and video production.
